The Bean-to-Bar Process
Bean-to-bar means making better-for-you chocolate directly from cacao beans. We roast, stone-grind, conche, temper and mould every batch ourselves, giving us complete control over flavour, texture and quality. This hands-on approach allows us to create chocolate without palm oil, artificial flavour masking or unnecessary additives. The result is a more honest chocolate experience—richer flavour, greater transparency, and a truer expression of fine cacao.
